There is no garbage can in Blackwell Plaza, so people sitting on the benches and soon, children playing in the water fountain, will deposit their trash in the park. There are garbage cans near the Youth Center in 504, across the street at 503 and at the stop sign near the flagpole, but none in the park itself. I spoke with Fernando Martinez and notified him by email several weeks ago. Please put a garbage can there IMMEDIATELY. More people will sit there in the warm weather, leaving their trash.
