Description
Property owners are dumping roof storm water onto public right of way. Traditionally, NJ code requires storm water to be maintained within the limits of the property. Dumping onto the sidewalk can cause additional flooding and unnecessary wet conditions in the ROW, not to mention ice in the winter. Does Jersey City have a municipal exception for this restriction? If so I've got my own storm water I'd like to redirect to the sidewalk :)
