Timing problem. 30 sec green for lightly-traveled Bliley vs approx. 70 sec for heavily-traveled FH Ave. With turn sensor broken for FH Ave WB onto Bliley, FH Ave EB has approx 60 sec green to 45 sec red. Causing unnecessary backups and delays.
