The "don't walk portion" of the pedestrian signal to cross northbound on Belvidere at Byrd Ave. isn't working. It looks like the big green pole that the pedestrian sign is on may have been hit by a vehicle. The U.S. Rte. 1/301 sign on that pole is knocked sideways, and one of the green signs with the street name that should be on that pole is missing.

The pedestrian signal to cross from the north side to the south side of Forest Hill Avenue at Bliley Rd. is broken again.

Both pedestrian signals for a pedestrian standing at the northeast corner of Westover Hills and Forest Hills Ave. are out. That would be the north-facing signal at the southeast corner and and the east-facing signal at the northwest corner.

The eastbound lane of Riverside Drive is half pothole for about 10 yards from the railroad bridge downhill to the west.

The pedestrian button to cross Forest Hill Ave. onto Bliley Rd. is not working. The pedestrian signal remains red throughout the cycle. This light is the only controlled pedestrian crossing for a long stretch of Forest Hill Ave. in a 40 mph zone.

The left turn signal to turn from Hathaway to eastbound on Forest Hill is not working properly. If there are only vehicles in the rightmost of the two left turn lanes, the signal never gives a green arrow. I don't know if it works if there are vehicles in the leftmost of the two turn lanes.

Three streetlights are out on Pineway Dr. between Fairlee Dr. and Riverside: the light at the corner of Pineway and Riverside plus the two immediately northeast of that corner.

The streetlight at Westover Hills and Riverside is out. The horizontal bar for the light is tilted diagonally. It maybe got knocked over by a tree limb.

On Colarado, at the corner of Colorado and Lombardy, there is either a missing water access cover or the start of a sinkhole. The hole is about 6 inches wide, nearly circular, and a couple FEET deep.

There's a pothole at the corner of Evelyn Byrd and Prince Arthur in the middle of the northbound lane of Prince Arthur. It's only about 8 to 10 inches in diameter, but it is so deep that water is pooling in it and not evaporating away.

The drips from the railroad bridge have created a deep pothole underneath it in the eastbound lane. This area is popular with bicyclists, and that pothole is deep enough to send someone over the handlebars.

There's a big pothole in the middle of the westbound lane in the 500 block of Grace St.

The power pole on the south side of Forest Hill Avenue just east of Willow Oaks apartments seems to get hit at least once a year. One possible cause is that the road narrows at a curve where the pole is. The right edge of the eastbound lane is marked with white paint west of the Willow Oaks apartments to discourage driving too far to the right, but it is not marked east of the apartments. When the street is repainted soon, please paint a right edge on the right lane east of the apartments. A solid white line and a diamond / bus only indicator in front of the bus stop would discourage people from driving too close to the curb and curve.

There is an open pipe with a pothole around it in the northernmost lane of Semmes near the intersection with 11th.

Pedestrian signal to cross Forest Hill hasn't been working for several days. Pedestrians heading from Forest Hill to Bliley do not have any other lights facing them to know when it's safe / legal to walk. I reopened this issue on a different ticket, but reopened tickets seem to fall into a black hole. I'm putting this problem in as a new ticket, so it might get noticed and fixed.

Pedestrian signal on east side of the street for pedestrians headed south is burnt out for half the light cycle.
