Description

The pedestrian signal on the west side of Harrison for pedestrians traveling north or south is turning red prematurely. It changes to red while the light for traffic is still green, and the pedestrian signal on the east side of the street for pedestrians crossing the same direction is green. Perhaps it is improperly synchronized to the green arrow when it should be synchronized to the solid green for southbound traffic.
