COMPLETED POTHOLE

I do not understand why this issue has been closed for completion. Not a single pothole was filled in the alley at this address. Please repair this neighborhood's alley and streets.

I have called 804-646-7000 multiple times and been on hold for hours without a single city employee answering my calls. I will continue to reopen this issue on this site until the potholes are corrected. Many of the city's alleys are paved . My neighbors and I cannot even park our cars in our driveways without scraping the bottom of the vehicle. I'd be happy to follow up to a direct number or employee. Thank you
