2 Street lights have been non-functioning for a week now. Can someone fix them?

Are the street lights located directly in front of 38 Stephens Court? Please a provide specific street address for both street lights. We will request new bulbs. Thank you.

One is directly in front of 38, and the other is in front of 37, across the street. It may not be a bulb issue. Con Ed was on our street a few weeks ago fixing an electrical "leak". The lights haven't worked since then.
