We are working on this. We will first see if this segment of the street is already on our resurfacing list by the City or by another entity.

We have confirmed that no outside entity already has this on their resurfacing list, so I have assigned this to our engineer for review.

Thank you for reverting on the matter. Understood, and frankly agreed ultimate solution for this block between 4th and 5th st is complete resurfacing of the street - it takes weeks for water to completely dry as it ponds not only in front of our but several other properties on the block. This is a Major issue that I have already addressed with our councilman Mr Solomon.
