Deskripsyon

Fence replaced. Debris in side yard. Fence in back easement falling down. Can you tell me who is responsible for maintenance of fences on back property easement? Almost the entire block on the south side of 137th St between Fairhill and Lee are either falling down or have already fallen. State Farm maintained it when they were at corner of Lee and Memorial, and we maintain ours at 710 NW 137th. But the rest are in deplorable condition. We had to move debris off back drive to get from our house to Lee Ave. Do I need to report each individual address? Thank you for your assistance.

I have pictures of 700 side yard with debris.
I have pictures of 704-706 delapidated fence
I have pictures of 716-718 delapidated fence

I guess I can only share them with a new complaint instead of this active one. So you will be getting more reports very soon.

The fence is still laying in the easement. I know property owners are responsible for mowing. I asked who is responsible for the back fence in the easement. Since my first report, uHaul has repaired the fence behind them. The fences behind the old State Farm building are still on the ground with nails visible. I cannot understand how your inspector can say there is no violation when there obviously is. Until the fence is repaired, I will continue to report to you.
