Can you tell me who is responsible for maintenance of fences on back property easement? Almost the entire block on the south side of 137th St between Fairhill and Lee are either falling down or have already fallen. State Farm maintained it when they were at corner of Lee and Memorial, and we maintain ours at 710 NW 137th. But the rest are in deplorable condition. We had to move debris off back drive to get from our house to Lee Ave. Do I need to report each individual address? Thank you for your assistance.
