After the first report concerning this issue a site visit was made by Code Enforcement. Though the language barrier presented a mild hindrance, the home-owner indicated the request not to store the receptacles by the road was understood. Code Enforcement closed that case.

Referencing this subsequent report, another site visit has been made. During this visit an English speaking occupant assisted by translating the issue and request to the home-owner, afterwards stating that the home-owner now fully understood and would comply. Thank you for following up.
