Please fix it. It makes a very loud noise thousands of times a day and through the night as every car goes over it. It's maddening at this point to me and my neighbors. Pleasant st is a main road, there's never not traffic. It's keeping us awake! This has been since before Easter when workers were doing something there and didnt put it back on correctly. Please. The sound is driving us mad
