Rather than take a picture and expect someone else to take care of it, why don't you be a good citizen and just pick it up and throw it away?

I want to highlight the CHRONIC problem that occurs here. This is not the first time that this has occured with not only trash but soiled diaper or undergarment . I pick up a bag of trash twice a week. Before you tell people they should pick up trash you should consider what they have already been doing already. The reason i take a picture is because in the past the issue would be closed without it being taken care of or addressed. I think the town should post a policeman there to ticket people who litter

Then you would need a policeman on every corner in town to hand out littering tickets. Are you so focused on your portion of the world that you don't know that this is a bigger problem than your little corner? Look around!

Of course there are bigger issues in randolph that the police are handling.

I am glad that you agree that littering and trash on streets in randolph occurs all over town and should be addressed.

I volunteer to pick up the piece of trash on my lunch hour at 12:15.
