This same group of criminals has been illegally occupying space in our neighborhood for months now. They migrate from the alleyways to the city parks and to the sidewalks adjacent to vacant storefronts. They have no interest in any type of social services and have declined to ACS staff offers of such.
They are involved in narcotics trafficking and human trafficking. They burglarize homes, cars and businesses in the area and trade the stolen goods for drugs. They vandalize public and private property and leave trash and human debris everywhere. We desperately need law enforcement action.
