Description

Missing "No Turn on Red" Sign at intersection; cars are turning red from Church Street onto Elm Street and coming close to hitting pedestrians crossing during "Walk" signal.

yes, and the traffic light time crossing Elm at Church is still too short! It's dangerous to cross there,, especially for slower people, like elderly, children, or people carrying things.. you have to be an athlete to dash across between cars.
