Description

After a major pipeline project by Atmos Energy, the sidewalk on the south side of Deacon Drive across from Southwood Elementary School has been left with a layer of mud that runs off of the vegetation-stripped ground. When it is dry, the sidewalk is uneven and dusty; when it rains, it is messy and slippery.
