Description

On Saturday, March 16, 2024 owner constructed 10-foot-high fence around his back yard. See Zoning Ordinance City of New Haven, Section 25 (c) “Fences and enclosure walls located in required yards shall not exceed eight feet in height. “ Also see CT State Building Code 105.2, 111.6, R110.10 Only 7-foot-high fence permitted without permit or Certificate of Approval. This easily can be made compliant with zoning if owner merely trims the top of the fence. Owner:
