Description

The roads and sidewalks were recently ugraded on Linden Park Drive/Turning Mill Lane area. The contractors did a great job, except that they left a lot of damaged lawns behind. Large sections of the grass and loam were removed in the process and replaced with sand and gravel. Grass seeds cannot germinate on sand and gravel. Whose responsibility is it to have the lawns repaired?
