I am handicapped, using an electric wheelchair.

The city bus dropped me at this bus stop a couple weeks ago, it's an island, that isn't wheelchair accessible.

I had to call the Fire Department to help me off this island that didn't have a ramp.

Ridding the city bus,
Bus Driver suggested that I should of gotten off at this unaccessible stop that is not handicapped accessible, despite that I explained that I needed to have the Fire department come to help me from the stop.

I was reprimanded twice for requesting an appropriate access
"it doesn't matter, you should have still gotten off at that stop!"
