Two abandoned vehicles in the driveway. Truck is full of garbage and old engine that is leaking oil and coolant into the street and city drainage. Vehicles have been there for two years. Two mattresses are also leaning against truck. Toddler and Small children (with no supervision) have been seen playing in trash filled truck.
