Sharraxaadda

There is always litter in the curbs and bushes on this block. It seems like a lot of people love to litter after finishing their drinks/snacks/food from the liquor store on the corner of 7th and willow; also, it seems like WM also spreads around a lot of trash during their collections on Fridays. Can there be more street trash cans near liquor stores or a litter police????? There are two churches on the block. Show some respect people!
