Opis

The owners of 4426 & 4430 Memorial Drive have cut down branches, tree limbs, etc... and left them in the street - they did this about one week after the City came and removed all the items felled during our snow storms. There are 3 large piles of yard waste hindering visibility and impeding traffic.
