The owner of the subway on martin rd. is still in violation of city laws, again. When he spoke to you last month you told him to either enclose the dumpster or move it. He moved it across the street and is still in full view of the neighborhood. Now he has no dumpster for his businesses but has brought in a black trailer. It has been sitting there for a month with a flat tire and is an eyesore. he has had plenty of time to fix it. Please have him move it or enclose it. this pic is the day he dropped it off
