The pieces of crap who live and walk around here have no respect for plants or animals and will destroy any living thing. Please put heavy duty metal cages around all trees planted in the 'hood, to protect them until they are too sturdy to break off or knock down. Perhaps you could coat them with fast-acting poison that makes a person comatose from touching them. Or send out drones to attack whomever messes with trees, animals, etc., in the 'hood. Seems fair to me.

That is messed up. These people should be arrested and fined.

The city won't plant new trees. contact keepoaklandbeautiful.org they will re-place the trees.
