Description

Both sides of the Carlisle Bridge needs the mesh chain-link fence reattached, VERY DANGEROUS for the vehicles down on I40 getting hit with what ever these unhoused people are tossing down onto I40 I have seen small piles of rocks on the walkway and I assume they must be tossing them down onto I40
