This should be closed just because someone has a tent in their yard doesn’t mean it’s a homeless camp I’m sure the people who live in that building whould call the Police there’s a camera also directly above in the picture

Manchester Mayor thank you for doing so much already. I live too close to the 1269 Cafe and I appreciate the proactive steps to slow the issues here. I’ve only lived here for 4 years. The last year has gotten really bad. I truly believe in providing services and they need to be where people can get them (I give people food and drinks all the time when they OD by more door- I’m not phased by 80% of the folks here they are trying to survive). However now they defecate everywhere and wipe their bums on our houses, I have had too many break in attempts to count and the discarded drug paraphernalia has seen a huge uptick. I see that you are using the DPW and police to stem this situation and (I speak for my neighbors as well) we are grateful
