We have had trouble with our neighbors for several years now. They have several Beagle hounds that bark all night. I get up at about 3:30 in the morning and I never get peaceful sleep. We can hardly see out of our drive to back onto the street because of the thick growth of bushes in the yard all the way out to the street. I have attached a picture of that we see when we try to back out of our drive. Also, according to codes, a fence must be erected with the braces and posts on the inside of the yard of the owner. Their fence is erected with the smooth side in and the braces and posts exposed on our side. Also, when they rebuilt the fence last year, they came into our yard without asking and nailed 2 X 4's from our trees to their fence posts while the concrete set up. We have tried to work with them on these issues but the woman acts like they own both yards. Their dogs are constantly getting out and coming to our house. I have put them back in their fence and patched the holes they dug under the fence many times. They never thank us. I would like to be able to get along with them but I have done all I can to keep this peaceful. That is why I have waited so long to mention their code violations. We had our yard surveyed recently and complained about a bush they had growing all the way out into the street. They were supposedly told by codes to trim the bush and it was trimmed. We still can't see to back out. Here are the pictures.
