Good evening,
All residences or commercial property that is destroyed by fire is assigned to Sgt. Waits of the CCPD. The county has a retired officer that sends out certified letters to the owners and then uses the resources of the county court to abate the property. If I can answer any more questions about the property, please call me. Supervisor Davis (678) 610-4740. But I want to assure there is an open case on the burnt residence. Thank you.
