neighbor at 1932 Rockway parks a Semi-Tractor in road in front of this residence. Sometimes it will set there for days without moving. This has been going on for months. All winter long as well as currently. The truck is parked there overnight, every night that they are home. I thought the city of lansing has a ordinance about parking overnight 2 to 5 am? If so I would like someone to address this.
