Cars do not adhere to 20 mph speed limit. Please enforce! It is dangerous to cross at the crosswalk with cars speeding down Witherspoon. At least the construction is slowing them down… but what’s the point of lowering the speed limit if there is no enforcement? Please enforce the 20mph limit
