It is almost a year later and no action has occurred. When will the sidewalk be fixed?

When will the sidewalk on the 1800-1900 block of Otis Street NE be fixed? After someone breaks a leg or arm tripping on its missing pieces or buckling segments? I am amazed DC has allowed this liability to persist for over a year.

When will the sidewalk be fixed? This issue was reported over a year ago and is still not resolved.

DC 311 indicates sidewalk issues should be resolved in 15 days. We are now at 450 without resolution.
