115 through 117 Willow Street is a dumping ground in back yards. The residents have been throwing trash over their fences into the empty lot and it's disgusting. The rodents are now all over my property. Something needs to be done about this. I'm afraid to even sit in my own backyard.

ISD informs me that dumping trash from one private yard to another privately owned lot is an issue between two private parties, and the City has no jurisdiction for that action. However, the owner of the lot receiving all the dumped trash has been cited to clean up the lot. It is for him or her to bring action against the addresses dumping onto his or her lot.
