    115 through 117 Willow Street is a dumping ground in back yards. The residents have been throwing trash over their fences into the empty lot and it's disgusting. The rodents are now all over my property. Something needs to be done about this. I'm afraid to even sit in my own backyard.

    115 willow street. Trash all over the bank yard and I have witnessed trash being tossed from back windows being tossed into the fields behind their fence. It's disgusting to look at and now I see more and more rats on my property.
