Yes the site owners should be contacted. General public can't easily find this information although the department stores in area have got to have said something. It's horrible.

I'm pretty sure it's a street and not a parking lot. Could be mistaken. I'll go back in the morning and look.

Are you referring to the pothole in front of Lynnwood grill? If so, yes it's in the street but that area is private property and not handled by city.
