As much as I hate the idea, it may be time for a four-way stop at this intersection as the powers-that-be on the Hill (restaurant and club owners) will never allow the closing off of access from Dean onto Federal & Kenyon as long a the valet parking companies get to use the street parking fro free while charging the restaurants and clubs a bundle... Of course, consistent enforcement of the traffic & parking laws in this area would also greatly help, but that'll never happen if it inconveniences the Atwells crowd!
