There potholes all over the city. Potholes are not the only problem in the city. What about ilegal car dealers. They are all over the city also. They are buying vehicles from the local junk yards and selling them to the immigrants. Some of this vehicles have salvage titles and are not save for the road. In Frank st. There 2 or 3 ilegal car dealers. They park the cars on both side of the street blocking traffic . The police should check the license plates. Most of them if not all of them are ilegal or are register under someone other than the owner's name. Immigrants pay as much as a $ 1,000 to have someone register there vehicles. Anybody with a brain knows that if you see 7 to 10 vehicles, with no plates, in the yard of a 2 family house something elegal is going on. Also at end of adeline st. And the corner of Ella Grasso Blvd. Those garages are doing ilegal things. The block the road with vehicles and at the Blvd they park the vehicles on the side walk and they block the view of the drivers coming out o the end of Adeline st into the Blvd.
