Unfortunately 604 40th Avenue North is not a valid adddress. If you could call the Proeprty Stabdards Division of Codes at 862-6590 and possibly provide to them a better locaiton or what this proeprty may be next to, Codes will be happy to have it inspected.

This property is NOT owned by the Government of Nashville and Davidson County. The owners of record are: SHAHAT, ADLY & NASIR, MONIRA. The proeprty is under a Code Demolition Action by the City. Our reinspeciton date is February 27, 2012. If the structure has not been demolished the owners will be prosecuted in court. The Codes RFS Number is 07-1014386.
