I have researched the GIS Maps and there are no vacant lots owned by the Metropolitan Government located on 40th Avenue North. Beginning at Delaware Avenue and turning onto 40th Avenye North there are sevral vacant lots - on the corner is 601, next to that is 0, the next is 609 and 611. On the opposite side of the street, several houses down fron Delaware is 608...but nine are owned by the City.

Sorry - there was a typo when I stated "but nine are owned by the City." - What was meant to be stated was that NONE are owned by the City.

It is immediately next door to 602 40th Avenue N which is called The Charlotte Manor Apartments. It had a building on it last year but was torn down. Thank you for the follow up

There is no vacant lot next to 602....only a structure.....the only vacant lot on thT SIDE OF THE STREET IS 616 40TH....If I am on EDelaware and I take a right on 40th...I have 3 structures - 3 parcels - then a vacant lot - is this the lot you are referring to?
