Parents dropping kids at Holy Cross Pre-School double park, park at intersections on wrong side of "No Parking from here to Corner" sign, in a 25 mph zone that drivers use at 40 mph. Classic accident waiting to happen -- these people are waiting to get tickets but the ticket never comes.
