Description

There is a blind spot going West or East on Manitoba because of foliage and private fencing. A serious accident occurred on 4/17/2015 because of these obstructions along with excessive speed which the speed humps do not curtail. Please install a four way stop at Key West & Manitoba to forestall further accidents.
