How is this NOT a street pothole issue? The alley's are the city's responsibility correct? When there are numerous 12" to 20" deep potholes in the alley that connects to my garage, that sounds like and issue to me. Seems like the City of Richmond would rather just ignore the problem than put my tax dollars to proper use.
