These bushes were not red tipped. They may be the same ones I'm not sure. These bushes stretch from basically Westchester to welsh and are all grown into the sidewalk area.

Can this be trimmed up some in the mean time so bikers / runners / walkers do not have to get into the street with traffic moving at 40mph?

The Code Officer for the area confirmed that the large bushes between Westchester and Welsh have been removed.
