To the town of East Haven: Will the trash bins be returned to the Shoreline Greenway Trail park entrance on the corner of Mansfield Grove Road and Hoop Pole Lane? They were removed late last Fall and never returned. We've been cleaning the trail over the past several weeks and have left the refuse piled up in the park entrance parking lot. Thank you.
