This sewage pipe continues to back up and leak out onto the sidewalk, will overflow and drain into the creek. The city has been called numerous times and they have snaked the pipe but it continues to back up. Not sure if this is the responsibility of the city or the Foxcroft Shopping Center owners. You can see paper in the pine straw around the pipe.
