Thanks, this is the 6th time they have done this overall now. Every time they are told by superiors they are supposed to drive into the Cul de sac then about a month later they stop doing it unless they see a house straight ahead of them with Yard waste, then they drive in.

Still not resolved

This issue is still not resolved yet.

After 3 weeks they finally did the job. This now makes it the 7th time they have not come for 3 weeks at the least to do their job (one was over 5 or 6 weeks). When I call all I get is an excuse on how they should be driving in to the Cul De Sac then nothing more. Can't wait to see how many weeks go by this time before they stop driving in again, and I have to file a complaint on here again.
