That DOES not close the issue. Please contact PGE so that they can fix it, it is unacceptable. This is a major problem, as well as a potential DANGER to the cars that drive over it.

I still have not heard back other than "This vault is owned by PG and E"". I had to take down a tree on my property due to PGE and Hillsborough Public works, but Public works can't ask them to fix a dangerously loose grate? I went up to take a photo and video (could not attach, but can send to you) so that you understand how dangerous this loose grate is to the people driving on Hayne. It is between Barbara and Alberta, there are actually two of them that are loose. The closest to Alberta has 3 of the 4 bolts missing from one side and is ready to pop off into a car. The one up the hill has two bolts missing, one on each side. Please respond as to when this will be fixed before it flies into a truck or car.
