Write a comment...On 04/08/15, I conducted an inspection with the property owner at the property and did not observe any standing stagnant water on the property. Stagnant water was located in the back of the property in a low or ditch area. Additional research and inspections will conducted to determine a possible cause and owner.

Code Enforcement, Engineering, property owner and the property mgr met on site to discuss the large pile of dirt that was left after construction and appears to be a cause of large amounts of water accumulating on the Bull Ln property.
Engineering & the owner will review their plans to see if and where the dirt was to be distributed or removed. Engineering recommended the owner to level dirt on the property, cut a swell back to the pond and or to remove any tree and brush that may be redirecting or blocking the flow of the water.
A tentative date to meet was scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th.
