Description

The left turn traffic signal on Eastbound Palomar to turn left onto Medical Center Ct. continues to be extremely delayed for public buses at times. I have noticed this issue twice in the last 30 days walking across Palomar and several vehicles were honking. Noticed this issue has been opened since October and appears to still be an issue.
