Kimberly Hall South is performing roof work, and positioned a loud vacuum truck so that its noise resonates throughout a residential neighbor hood as opposed to the highway. Sounds like a diesel truck is parked in my driveway. Who approved this permit?!

I would like to still assert that Kimberly Hall could have and should have position their contractor's vacuum truck in a way to which would not disrupt the lives of nearby residents.
I appreciate that Building and Zoning confirmed the contractor will operate during designated hours, however I think what is missing from this equation is the loudness of the operating equipment. My house is from 400 to 600 feet away, and if I sit in furniture near a window the bass frequencies hurts my ears, after two days has caused ringing in one of my ears, and I have resorted to wearing hearing protection in my own home.
The situation seems fairly unnecessary and inexcusable from my perspective. I don't feel unjustified in expecting better from Windsor's town hall.
