There is an old Ford truck, white in color, with expired tags that is parked on Bellow St. When the neighbors are parked on their curb, the garbage truck has problems getting into the cul-de-sac.
This truck has not moved in over a year & is not running or driving. The NC license plates are 3 years expired. We would like to have it moved or removed.
